READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

DEPOSITS: 

In order to secure your shoot, a $75 booking fee is required. This is not an extra fee, but is deducted from the full package (DOES NOT GO FOR WEDDING PACKAGES). Weddings are  $200 which goes towards Price listed.. You can pay booking fee either by Cash App $Djdoesitall ,  Zelle or Apple Pay 972-896-1049 & PayPal . Once your payment has been received, your session date with Eye Catching Media will be reserved. Your spot will not be held until this is completed. If you choose to cancel your photoshoot with EyeCatching Media after the deposit is made, you deposit will not be refunded.

LATE ARRIVAL: 

After 30 minutes, there is a $50 late Fee for every 30 minutes added to the session.

Remaining Balance

The Client shall make a deposit to retain the Photographer to perform the services specified herein. At such time as this order is completed, the deposit shall be applied to reduce the total cost and Client shall pay the balance due. Balance shall be paid in full during or before the session for the service to be provided. Eye Catching Media accepts Cash, Cash App,  Zelle, Apple Pay. NO CHECKS.

Balance can't be paid after you leave the shoot, it must be paid before you leave.

Final Edits

Due to the amount of work put into the final edits, Eye Catching Photography requires 1-2 weeks. Eye Catching Media  may need an additional week if client requests additional edits, or there are fewer people in one photo. If you need them sooner please ask us before booking so that we can let you know if it would be a possible time frame.
